LOJ Alliances and Kains Entertainment LLC are independent from Lands of Jail and its owners, publishers, developers, operators, affiliates, and related entities. LOJ Alliances is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, partnered with, controlled by, or officially connected to Lands of Jail unless a separate written agreement clearly states otherwise.
Lands of Jail names, logos, artwork, characters, screenshots, game materials, trade dress, and related brand assets are the property of their respective owners. Any mention of Lands of Jail on LOJ Alliances pages is for identification, compatibility, customer-requested alliance promotion, community reference, or descriptive purposes only.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any Lands of Jail names, alliance names, player names, screenshots, images, logos, copy, rankings, profile links, or promotional claims they request are accurate, authorized, lawful, and compliant with applicable platform rules and community standards.
LOJ Alliances does not control Lands of Jail, game accounts, alliances, player profiles, in-game rankings, game moderation, account status, game updates, purchases, bans, suspensions, transfers, or decisions made by the game owner, publisher, developer, operator, app store, or related platform.
LOJ Alliances may build pages and graphics intended to improve alliance presentation, organization, recruiting, and visibility. LOJ Alliances does not guarantee recruitment results, state transfer results, rankings, wins, player activity, in-game benefits, app store visibility, search ranking, or official recognition by Lands of Jail.
