Terms of Service

Effective date: July 15, 2026. These Terms of Service govern use of LOJ Alliances websites, pages, hosting, design services, digital graphics, support, and related services provided by Kains Entertainment LLC.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website, placing an order, approving work, making a payment, requesting hosting, or using any LOJ Alliances service, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies linked from this website. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

Services

LOJ Alliances may provide alliance pages, transfer pages, recruitment ads, custom avatars, logos, banners, hosting, edits, setup, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, pricing, timelines, and support levels depend on the purchased plan, written quote, invoice, or agreement.

Customer Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate order details, contact information, payment information, requested page content, and approvals.
  • You represent that you have the right to use all names, logos, text, images, screenshots, links, profile materials, and other content you provide.
  • You are responsible for reviewing drafts and final pages for accuracy, spelling, names, links, contact details, alliance rules, and legal compliance.
  • You may not use our services for unlawful, abusive, harassing, deceptive, infringing, malicious, adult content involving minors, or otherwise harmful purposes.

Payments, Renewals, and Late Payments

Payment is due according to the invoice, checkout page, quote, plan description, or written agreement. Recurring services may renew until canceled. Late or failed payments may result in paused work, disabled hosting, removal of public pages, loss of priority support, or cancellation of service.

Ownership and License

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customer-provided materials remain the customer's responsibility. LOJ Alliances may retain ownership of working files, templates, layout systems, code snippets, internal tools, source files, and reusable design methods. Final deliverables are licensed or provided to the customer according to the purchased service and payment status.

Hosting and Availability

Hosted services may be affected by maintenance, technical errors, third-party outages, domain issues, payment issues, security concerns, or events outside our control. We try to keep hosted pages available, but no hosting service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available.

Right to Refuse, Suspend, or Remove

LOJ Alliances may refuse, suspend, disable, edit, or remove content or services when we believe there is nonpayment, legal risk, security risk, fraud, abuse, infringement, harmful content, violation of these terms, or conduct that threatens the business, customers, servers, or visitors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LOJ Alliances and Kains Entertainment LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, lost-revenue, lost-rank, account-ban, platform-action, or business-interruption damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim.

No Guaranteed Results

We may build pages intended to improve presentation, recruiting, visibility, and organization. We do not guarantee search ranking, sales, recruitment numbers, game results, social media results, payment approvals, platform acceptance, or any specific business outcome.
