Cancellation Policy
Effective date: July 15, 2026. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, renewals, refunds, completed work, and hosted pages are handled for LOJ Alliances services provided by Kains Entertainment LLC.
How to Cancel
Customers may request cancellation of recurring hosting or monthly service plans by contacting support@loj-alliances.com. A cancellation request should include the customer's name, alliance name, service or page URL, billing email, and the service being canceled.
Timing of Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be received before the next billing date to stop the next renewal. If a payment has already processed, the service may remain active through the paid period unless LOJ Alliances agrees otherwise in writing.
Non-Refundable Work
Custom work is generally non-refundable once work has started, drafts have been prepared, design time has been used, files have been delivered, hosting has been configured, or the customer has received the benefit of the service.
- Non-refundable work may include page setup, custom design, code edits, avatar creation, logo design, recruitment ads, transfer pages, rush work, revisions, and consulting time.
- Digital deliverables cannot be returned in the same way physical goods can be returned.
Recurring Hosting and Monthly Plans
Canceling a recurring plan stops future billing after the current paid service period. It does not automatically refund previous payments, setup fees, completed custom work, or the current billing period.
After Cancellation
After cancellation or nonpayment, LOJ Alliances may disable, archive, unpublish, remove, or stop maintaining hosted pages, files, links, contact buttons, and related services. Customers who need files or transfer support should request those items before the service ends.
Billing Errors
If you believe a billing error occurred, contact support as soon as possible. LOJ Alliances may review account history, payment records, service delivery, and written communications before deciding whether a correction, credit, or refund is appropriate.
